The ICCC is conveniently located at the corner of Bank St. and Riverside East, near the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre. The
OC Transpo bus stop for routes 96, 97 and 87 are at its door step. The ICCC has limited parking space of its own, however there is
plenty of easily accessible parking in the vicinity.

Space
|
ICCC has two halls with sufficient coat rooms, foyers, washrooms and a kitchen with serving area facilities. The upstairs and
downstairs halls have 1650 and 2145 sq. feet of space respectively.

Suitability
|
The halls can be used for numerous purposes such as:
- Day care facility
- Dance and/or music school
- Seniors and/or youth drop in centre
- Place for holding regular club or other meetings
- Art studio for teaching and/or holding exhibitions
- General purpose teaching centre e.g. sewing, craft teaching etc.
- General purpose sale and/or exhibition centre
The centre is well suited for holding informal concerts, public or private social gatherings, dances, graduation engagements,
birthday celebrations, religious functions etc.

Contributions for Use of Centre
|
For a one time use, the required contribution is:
One Hall: $150
Both Halls: $250
A refundable cleaning deposit of $50 is required.
